We require:

• Knowledge of and experience with CE Directives.

Powers:

• The independent purchase / call-off of goods within the specified framework.
• Project management privileges (Budget).
• Brainstorming and consultation with international cooperation partners.

Core tasks:

• Study, analyze, assess and interpret the technical specifications and drawings (both existing products and new developments).
• Discuss/determine whether the requirements and drawings are feasible in relation to production possibilities, time, quality and the like.
• Determine whether the set requirements and drawings are feasible in relation to manufacturability, modern production methods, Design for Assembly.
• Partly determine whether or not to outsource the production of parts.
• Managing and organizing the necessary investments.
• Drawing up and maintaining work instructions.
• Supervising the production and assembly in the construction/assembly of new products.
• Drafting quality documents of incoming goods, production and outgoing goods.
• Training and/or qualification of employees who have to carry out the quality system and/or production.

Contract duration: Fixed-term contract in consultation.

• Is responsible for the electrical and magnetic design that is optimally calculated and depends on the application.
• Collaboration with knowledge institutes and keeping track of relevant professional information.

Purpose of the function:

• Responsible for the (further) development of new and existing products in close cooperation with other departments and external parties.

Powers:

• Releasing drawings for production.
• Archiving and linking drawings to PDM system.

Core tasks:

• Responsible for developing new products through our 3D drawing package. Drawing out 2D working drawings.  
• Supporting and guiding the production and quality control department with regard to product specifications and measurements.
• Maintain contacts with business offices and suppliers.
• Measuring, recording and reporting the achieved results in a project file.
• Maintaining internal and external contacts to ensure quality and progress of work.
• Responsible for drawing up, updating and documenting design and production drawings, bills of materials and cost price calculations.

Power Line 7000 & Professional Line 8000.

These are combination machines for the applications grinding, sanding, polishing and brushing.

The application choice can be customer specific where various combinations are possible.

The objective is to develop and innovate machines according to the latest state of the art in terms of technology and energy efficiency (IE3) with regard to AC motor technology.

The machines will also be adapted in accordance with the future safety guidelines/legislation NEN3140. 

The introduction will take place in mid-2022.

Orders up to 30 kg (Postal package shipment):

• Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship all our orders with Post nl.
  The packages can be followed with a track and trace code, you can request the code from us to receive the order confirmation.

Orders From 30 kg:

Within the Netherlands and Europe we ship all our orders above 30 Kilograms via a carrier that specializes in transporting heavier and larger items. Delivery on half or full Euro pallets. The pallets are sealed.

Our carrier delivers orders on the following days determined by us: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

• If you are not present and the goods cannot be delivered, double shipping costs will be charged.Our carrier comes with a truck WITH tail lift.
  The carrier drives the order to the place indicated by you, unless this
  is not possible due to circumstances (Gravel path, thresholds, unpaved road, etc.).
• In the event of damage to the order upon delivery, it must be stated at all times on the consignment note.
  If this is not done, we cannot handle this damage.
